Mona Keijzer Mona Keijzer State Secretary for Economic Affairs and Climate Policy

Mona Keijzer began her career in January 1991 as a legal policy officer serving the municipality of Waterland. From 1993 to 1994 she was a management trainee at Leiden University. She then held legal positions at the Gelderland Environment Inspectorate and the municipality of Almere.

In 1998 Ms Keijzer became a member of the municipal executive and deputy mayor of the municipality of Waterland. In 2006 she began working as a lawyer and certified mediator at the law firm Abma Schreurs Advocaten en Notarissen in Purmerend. In 2007 she became a member of the Purmerend municipal executive.

In 2012 Ms Keijzer became a member of parliament for the Christian Democratic Alliance (CDA), with policy responsibility for chronic care for older and disabled people, and later became spokesperson for hospital care and asylum, migration and integration policy.

On 26 October 2017 Mona Keijzer was appointed State Secretary for Economic Affairs and Climate Policy in the third Rutte government.

Aart Jacobi Aart Jacobi Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Japan

Mr Aart Jacobi is since 2015 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Japan. Before that he was from 2012 to 2015 Netherlands Ambassador to China and from 2009 to 2012 Netherlands Ambassador to Suriname. In the years from 1985 to 2009 Mr Jacobi worked in various capacities for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Affairs in the Netherlands and abroad. He has a Master’s degree in Japanology and in Law.

Yuji Amamoto Yuji Amamoto Representative in Japan and Country Manager, Aegon Asset Management

Yuji Amamoto joined Aegon Asset Management in January 2017 and has led the establishment of Aegon AM’s Japan office. Yuji has over 25 years’ experience in financial industry. Prior to joining Aegon AM, Yuji has held various General Manager and Japan Representative positions at Shinsei Investment Management, Pyramis Global Advisors (later renamed Fidelity Institutional Asset Management), Shinsei Bank, Prudential Investment Management Japan (seconded to Gibraltar Life Insurance and Prudential Life Insurance) and began his career marketing foreign exchange products at The Mitsui Bank.

Yuji graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Durham, United Kingdom, and a MBA from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Jeroen Bokhoven  ヨルン ボクホベン Jeroen Bokhoven  ヨルン ボクホベン Executive Director NFIA Japan

Born in 1970 in Schiedam, The Netherlands. Graduated from Leiden University. Ph.D. from Osaka University (Japanese Literature). After working as Director Sales Support at a Japanese branch of a global pharmaceutical company for 10 years, he started working for NFIA Osaka from 2015. Since then, he has supported Japanese companies in the West of Japan entering and developing their business in the Netherlands . Became Executive Director NFIA Japan in September 2018 .
 
 
Mr. Jeroen Bokhoven (ヨルン・ボクホベン)  駐日代表 オランダ経済・気候政策省 企業誘致局 (NFIA)

1970 年、オランダ・スヒーダム生まれ。ライデン大学卒。大阪大学(日本文学)博士号取得。10年間グローバル企業の日本支社でセールスサポート責任者を経て、2015年よりNFIA大阪で勤務。以来、西日本の日本企業のオランダ進出や事業展開をサポート。2018年9月より現職。

Yosuke Kaneko Yosuke Kaneko Chief Strategy Officer Terra Drone Corporation

Mr Yosuke Kaneko is since 2017 working for Terra Drone Corporation, being involved in different projects (saving energy by drone, KDDI Smart Drone Platform, LGU+Drone Platform, NEDO-New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization- under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry). In addition, he has worked from 2009-2017 for Accenture Strategy. Also, he is a member of Japan UTM Association, Global UTM Association and the Drone Operation Management System Development Promotion Committee. Finally, Mr Kaneko is qualified in Business Development/Strategy and Supply Chain Management and has an INSEAD MBA, while he graduated at Economics faculty in Keio University in 2009. 

MARTIJN SCHOONEWILLE MARTIJN SCHOONEWILLE Loyens & Loeff N.V.

Martijn Schoonewille, attorney at law, is a partner in the banking and finance practice group. He specialises in advising financial institutions – including banks, investment firms, fund managers, trading platforms and insurers – on legal and financial regulatory aspects of their businesses and transactions in the Netherlands and, where relevant, the continental European markets. In addition, Martijn acts as counsel to financial institutions, investors and companies in a variety of capital markets offerings and alternative financing structures.

He is one of the driving forces behind the Loyens & Loeff Tech Academy and has a particular interest in artificial intelligence, smart contracts and DLT uses in financial markets.

With a background in corporate and M&A, Martijn was seconded in 2008 to an investment bank. From the beginning of 2010 to the end of 2012 he was based in Loyens & Loeff’s London office.

Martijn speaks frequently on financial regulatory topics at universities and conferences. He is also a member of the Dutch Association for Financial Law.

Willem van Dommelen Willem van Dommelen Head of Factor Investing, NN Investment Partners

Since 2009 Willem is Head of the Factor Investing team within the Automated Intelligence Investing Team of NN Investment Partners. In his capacity he is responsible for the development and management of a broad range of Factor-based strategies and Investment Solutions. From 2004-2009 he was Senior Portfolio Manager in the Structured Investment Strategies department at ING IM. From 2002-2004 Willem was Portfolio Manager Institutional Clients at ING IM.

Qualifications: Willem is RBA registered and has an MSc in Business Economics from Tilburg University since 2002.

Paul Zwetsloot Paul Zwetsloot Minister Counsellor, Embassy of The Netherlands to Japan

Paul Zwetsloot is a seasoned diplomat. He is since 2017 Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of The Netherlands to Japan. Before that, he was from 2013 Minister Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of The Netherlands to Brasil. In the period 2005-2013 Paul worked in the Netherlands for the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Up until 2005 he worked in various roles for the Dutch Ministy of Forreign Affairs among others in Asia, South America and Africa. Paul studied General Economics at the Rotterdam Erasmus University.
